Given the purpose of the Ashfield Fall Festival, there are certain requirements for participating as a vendor/exhibitor/performer.

Arts/Crafts: Juried participation; open to all artists with priority to Ashfield residents. If you are interesting in selling arts/crafts in Upper Town Hall or in the Craft Tent on the Common, fill out the online application or contact ashfieldfallfestivalarts@gmail.com.

Town Common-Non-Arts: Spaces reserved for Ashfield businesses, including farms and farm products and other town organizations as well as for kids games run by Ashfield youth. If you are interested in non-artist space on the Town Common, contact Phil Pless for an application.

Town Hall-Non-Arts: Lower Town Hall has spaces for food, information displays, and other non-arts sales or exhibits by Ashfield organizations and residents. Contact Elizabeth Gray for an application.

Private Property Vendors: Many property owners, businesses, churches and organizations along Main Street allow vendors. If you are looking for a space on private property, or if you are a property owner who would like to host a vendor, please contact Anna Fessenden.

Music: Open to all area musicians. If you are interested in performing, contact entertainment@ashfieldfallfestival.org.

Food: Food sales in Town Hall or the Town Common are limited to Ashfield organizations or Main Street residents/businesses hosting sales on their own property. For Town Hall, contact Elizabeth Gray, and for Town Common, contact Phil Pless.
